For this assignment, you will have to come up with a business idea, write a short 2-page proposal, and then pitch your idea to your classmates (in order to get some initial feedback, which can help you determine whether you want to continue working on your idea, pivoting in some way, or abandoning it altogether). 

For your proposal paper, please explain: (1) What is your idea? (2) How does it work? (2) Who is it for (who are your customers)? What problem does it solve (i.e., why would anyone buy your product)? How do you intend to make money? What makes it unique (i.e., what is you competition)? And, what role will each member of the group play as you develop your idea for the rest of the semester? 

For your classroom presentation, you will also have to give a (very short) 5-minute elevator pitch summarizing the points above. The key is to be clear, concise and exhaustive while striving to create an emotional appeal (and make us believe that your idea has a promise).
